These vntage platinum entwined hearts have sweet milgrain details and sparkling single-cut diamonds (dating them to 1940-50, most likely). They came to me as screw backs, I have updated them with comfortable 14k yellow gold posts with butterfly backs.

Super low profile and comfortable! Easily dressed up or down, they really look so sweet on with great presence.
