All sales are final. In the case an item arrived damaged or was misrepresented, I will always do my best to make it right. 

I personally test all jewelry before listing and work with reputable estate and antique jewelers to verify stones, weights, and other information. However, buying antique/vintage, please understand that most items I sell are pre-loved.
