All sales are final. In the case an item arrived damaged or was misrepresented, I will always do my best to make it right. 

I personally test all jewelry before listing and work with reputable estate and antique jewelers to verify stones, weights, and other information. 

However, buying antique/vintage, please understand that most items I sell are pre-loved.

Shipping

For vintage and antique items in stock, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. 

I ship with full insurance and tracking for all items.

Where is your store located?

Big Oh Bijoux is based in NY and sells exclusively online. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of in person trunk shows and special events.

Do you offer sizing?

I am happy to offer sizing at an additional cost on items that can be adjusted. Please contact us via the Contact Form to arrange a quote for a sizing. Generally, sizing takes 1-2 weeks.

Can I have an item gift wrapped?

Each package is carefully prepared with a description of the piece inside. I am happy to include a handwritten custom note as well if desired. Please use the Contact Form to request!
