A soaring Victorian era eagle (flying high above the Scottish highlands). Fully three-dimensional and beautifully detailed, it rests atop a natural pearl. With piercing ruby eyes, a collet set old mine cut diamond dangles from its beak.

An absolutely stunning find, crafted in 18k gold. It appears to have been attached previously to a chain, but currently has no hallmarks- though I’d place money that it is French in origin.
