I made this piece with a vintage 14k Solid 2.4mm ball chain and a beautiful deep purple-red .65 carat heart sapphire with a halo of pavè diamonds and a thick yellow gold bezel surrounding it all.

The necklace measures 16”  weighs a solid 11.4 grams. Put it on and never take it off!
