What is there to say about this insanity? A buttery antique 18k three-stone ring, with full British hallmarks and centering on a sparklingly clear (VS2) 1.47 carat brilliant cut diamond, likely added later on as the hallmarks indicate the ring was made in London in 1908. Those gorgeous star settings are to die for!
Flanked by beautiful natural rubies, this ring weighs 7.8 grams and is a size 8.5 (sizable within two sizes up or down). Please see the photo from the side to note that the culet of the diamond (pointed tip) is slightly thicker than the setting, poking through to touch the skin when worn. In my opinion, it did not come through enough to cause discomfort or irritation when worn.
